Who is Marquita Victoria?

If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be creator, eccentric, and nurturing. I am able to do many things; sometimes I wonder how. I've realized over time that all of my talents are truly a blessing. I'm passionate about everything I do in life and I thrive off of others who are creative souls like me. Since I can remember, I've always been different. I've never felt like I belonged anywhere. I feel like I've struggled all of my life to find my identity and now, at 25, I finally feel like I know who I am... and I'm ready to stop hiding in the shadows and embrace me.

I thought it would be fun to find the meaning of my name. Let me say that was not an easy task! Nevertheless, I found it and it is quite interesting. According to http://www.yeahbaby.com/, Marquita means: of Mars, the god of war and Victoria means: victorious, winner, conqueror. From what I know, the planet Mars represents passion, desire, energy, assertiveness, courage and initiative. Its purpose is to energize, stimulate, inflame, and intensify. When you add that to the meaning of Victoria, you get a very powerful understanding of my god given name and the person I was put on this earth to be; a courageous, intense, conqueror. In the words of Jay-Z, "I will not lose!"
